GERO-PRO-SEAL - The Definite Water/Moisture Repellent

Manufactured according to a revolutionary formula, GERO-PRO-SEAL form an insoluble, water repellent, invisible shield of resin on all concrete, brick or stone-like surfaces. Including painted with water based paints or bare concrete and paving. Though a perfect water repellent, it still allows the treated materials to "breath" and vapor to migrate in and out! GERO-PRO-SEAL is resistant to UV radiation and there is therefore much reduced color fading. It provides extra protection against acid rain. GERO-PRO-SEAL protects against the growth of moulds, algae, fungus and water migration due to moisture and condensed water.

Application

Unlike most conventional products, GERO-PRO-SEAL may be applied by spraying with a low-pressured hand sprayer. Coverage is 8-10 mē/lt. Ensure that the surface has been brush clean of loose dirt. Spray over the surface evenly with GERO-PRO-SEAL. In case of rough and porous surfaces, a second application is necessary. However it must be applied before the first have dried. Drying time is about 30 minutes. Use shieldings planks for windows and frames. Always test small area before beginning. Please consult our technical department for proper application method.

Composition

GERO-PRO-SEAL is a clear solution, containing sodium methyl siloxanes and polymerized organic and inorganic solid substances. GERO-PRO-SEAL is a water-based solution and free from wax or oil component.
