GERO-STEEL-SEAL - Super Safe Rust Controller/Primer

GERO-STEEL-SEAL is a revolutionary product that approaches rust and corrosion problems in a totally different fashion. GERO-STEEL-SEAL is a simple, economic, effective and safe product that deforms rust in and on steel and non-Ferro metals. Eliminates the rust process and prevents it from re-occuring. It then forms an extremely tough phosphate coating that also act as the best primer for paints, coatings or metal plating. After treatment with GERO-STEEL-SEAL, paints will adhere 10 times longer than conventional primers. It is an invaluable weapon in removing as well as for the preventing of rust. GERO-STEEL-SEAL does not damage rubber, plastic, o-rings, membrane, and etc. GERO-STEEL-SEAL is resistant to seawater and salt.

Application

• Brush or Low Pressure Spray
  Surface should be free from grease, oil and etc. Heavy rust should also be removed by scrubbing (not required when using dip tank). Spray or brush the surface with GERO-STEEL-SEAL. To speed up reaction time GERO-STEEL-SEAL can be heated to 82°C before applying to the surface.
  
  
• Rinse/Flush
  This procedure is suitable for Heat Exchanger tubes, Steam Boilers, Radiators etc. After draining the system, fill with GERO-STEEL-SEAL. Leave it for a while and drain again.
  
  
• Working with a Dip-Tank
  GERO-STEEL-SEAL is ideal for use in dip tank as evaporation is practically zero! Fastest reaction time achieved when GERO-STEEL-SEAL is heated to 82°C.
  
  Note:
  GERO-STEEL-SEAL is biodegradable. However, painting, coating or plating on top of the phosphate coating will provide the longest protection for your steel as compared to other primers.
  
  GERO-STEEL-SEAL is safe and friendly to the environment. Mix GERO-STEEL-SEAL 1:20 with water and it is the perfect fertilizer for your plants!
